The room is beautifully maintained. There are amazing views over the harbor and out to sea. - Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly nice and accommodating. The staff here are super friendly and even helped us with finding a parking spot nearby. the building looks great, and the rooms have a cool design with enough space to move around comfortably. They've got 2 bathrooms which is a plus, and a sweet little balcony to enjoy the views. 🌟

Nice quite new interior, better-quality-Ikea-like.
The windows/French windows had only one glass panel. Therefore the noise from the street was really loud - one couldn't discern if the windows are open or closed, always the same noise. But the noise from the street was almost only people speaking and laughing, so not too disturbing for me (but disturbing enough for my colleague - she slept very bad).

The hotel was centrally located in Santa Cruz close to shops, restaurants and bars.
The breakfast was poor and lacked choice, the room was sparsely equipped and parking is a problem.

They upgraded me to a nice styled and spacious room with an amazing view over harbour and out to sea. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to Municipal Museum of Fine Arts. Found in the local area close to the Capital of Tenerife as well as the Spanish square, the hotel offered excellent prices...

Ask for a room with a balcony and view of the sea and you will have a spacious room wih a comfortable bed.The breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to choose from.It is in a great location and even though it is a bit aged, has fairly good soundproofing between the rooms.
The wifi connection was not very good and even though my room was very large, it needed to have a desk as there was no where to sit in the room.The coffee machine at breakfast is horrible but the breakfast was very good.So skip the coffee.
